Matteo Zarcone is a music producer for prominent international artists and a composer for several movies and tv programs, as well as a performing musician with different bands, playing as an opening act for artists such as Oasis, Skunk Anansie, Pearl Jam, Stereophonics, Jamiroquai, the Killers, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and many others. 

He is the Planet Funk drummer, one of the most influential bands in the international pop electronic music scene; and was the founder member of the Trikobalto band with which he has played on prestigious stages in the early 2000's and released music for Sony Music in Italy and France.

As a 100% vinyl addicted collector, his works also reach into the electronic music scene, bridging different genres and styles within his compositions. 

He has released music for labels such as the legendary King Street Sounds from New York, Trax Records from Chicago and Nervous Records from NY, three of the most pioneering labels in the house music scene; the Jolly Jams label from the german disco guru dj Kaos; the Florence based Tenax Recordings; the notorious Siesta Records from San Diego; Resopal Shallware from Berlin and many others, becoming a renowned name in the industry. 

He is also one the resident djs for the legendary Tenax club in Florence, one of the most important house music clubs worldwide for over 30 years, and the headmaster of the associated Tenax Academy.

In addition, Matteo Zarcone has also left a significant mark on the electronic music scene through his collaboration with Alex Neri with whom he founded under:tones, an electronic music project exploring the wide spectrum of electronic sounds, ranging from club beats to more experimental compositions suitable for art museums, pushing the boundaries of electronic music and creative immersive experiences for audiences across different platforms.  

Being hugely passionate about AI technology and development, he is also the co-founder and Project Manager of Purilian, a start-up which provides musical content that is composed, produced, and distributed through innovative artificial intelligence utilizing the automation of specific music content created in real-time, while maintaining a strong focus on marketing automation and customer experience.

Today, he continues to work as a Business Developer and Marketing Consultant alongside prominent companies in the Pro Audio, MI, and Music Education Market.
